Accommodation

Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below and rates (all inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

All hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, email and internet connections. All apartments include kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking at some city hotels is usually an additional cost, averaging between NZ$15 and NZ$20 per day.

Making a Reservation

Bookings should be made online by 30 July 2010 when registering. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment of one night's room rate is required, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking. Please indicate your first and second choices of accommodation.

Changing your Reservation

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Cancelling your Reservation

If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 30 July 2010 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Sky City Convention centre, SkyCity Grand is a 5 star hotel. Broadband internet connections are provided in all rooms

at a cost of NZ$33.69 per day (maximum download 50MB). Directly opposite the Sky Tower complex, the hotel is within

a short walk of numerous restaurants, or eat onsite at the popular ‘Dine by Peter Gordon’ (bookings essential). Guests also have complimentary use of the 25m lap pool, spa, gym and business centre. Guests can self park for NZ$16.00 per day.

Situated on Auckland’s waterfront, overlooking the Marina

and a short walk to the Viaduct Harbour where numerous restaurants can be found. Opened in mid 2007, the rooms

are spacious and include a mini bar, LCD flat screen, balcony and wireless / broadband internet access (NZ$25.00 per day). The hotel has two onsite restaurants - Q Restaurant

(18:30 – late) and Toast Café (07:00 – 16:00). Guests have complimentary use of the 24hr gym, 20m lap pool and spa.

The Westin also has an onsite day spa. Valet parking is available for NZ$30.00.
