Congress Registration Fees

(All fees are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%)

Full Congress registration fee includes:

• Opening Ceremony
• Attendance at all Congress sessions
• Congress Proceedings
• Morning and Afternoon Teas
• Luncheons
• Icebreaker Reception
• Congress Dinner
• Congress name badge and satchel.

Day registration fee includes:

• Attendance at Congress sessions on the nominated day
• Congress name badge and satchel
• Morning and Afternoon Tea on the nominated day
• Luncheon on the nominated day
• Monday includes the Opening Ceremony.

Young Professionals registration fee includes:

• Young Professionals' Registration
• Facilitated Breakfast
• Richard Wolters Prize Presentations
• Match Racing and Post Match Drinks.

Accompanying Person registration fee includes:

• Opening Ceremony
• Icebreaker Reception
• Congress Dinner.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full Congress fee, less an administration charge of NZ$75.00) will be made, providing notification is received by 30 July 2010. After that date, no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the IAEG 2010 Congress Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
