Please fill in this file Consent to Publish Form_new.doc and email to leon.bijnsdorp@taylorandfrancis.com

Please note the specifications regarding artwork, though images should be inserted into the actual paper/extended abstract. There is no need to send the image files seperately as this document suggests, though the quality of the embedded images must be as specified in Artwork 091120.pdf


SUBMITTED PAPER FORMAT
For papers (6 to 8 pages in length) on DVD please read the following instructions and use the Paper Template below:

Please include at least 5 keywords in your paper submission.

EXTENDED ABSTRACTS
For extended abstracts (one page and published in hard copy), please follow the instructions given for the paper format but use the 1 Column A4 Extended Abstract template below:

KEYNOTE AND INVITED PAPERS
For keynote and invited papers (6 to 8 pages in length), please read the following instructions and use appropriate template:
